Maria played a pivotal role in the programming of the new fountain at La Bourse, at the heart of Brussels. This project is a significant component of the broader Pietonnier initiative, which aimed to pedestrianize the main boulevards of the city. Maria, acting as a design consultant for SumProject+SumResearch, the architectural office she was previously associated with, designed intricate patterns of water pressure and light. These elements come together to enrich the daily experience of the city center, contributing to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of Brussels.
